Venison Ragu with Spaghetti Squash

Hello hungry readers! My apologies for a somewhat long absence. I’ve been pretty busy lately, and most notably was away on vacation for a week in Barcelona! Without going too far into my amazing week in an amazing city, I do want to highly recommend everyone visit if they have a chance. In a few words: Endless pintxos, Iberico Ham, beach-side paella, cathedrals, narrow winding streets, sunshiny days and cava-soaked nights. Just go there.

Anyway, after finally getting back into the swing of things, I bring you yet another delicious venison recipe. Yes, we still have tons of venison in our freezer, but if you want you can easily substitute with the meat of your choice in this recipe. This ragu (which Scott kept referring to as a stew, but is supposed to be more of a meat sauce), is easy to prepare, and delicious on top of spaghetti squash…
